When submitting a revised manuscript, corresponding authors should provide the following:

• Responses to comments – which include numbered point-by-point responses to the comments made by the reviewers, Editor-in-Chief, and Editorial Office, are labelled ‘Comment’ and ‘Response’ for each item.
• Revised manuscript – in which underlined formatting should be applied for any text that was not part of the original manuscript but has now been added. For any text that was part of the original manuscript but has now been deleted, strikethrough formatting should be applied. Changes made to Figures and Tables should be visible and/or explained.
